JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Foster and sustain customer loyalty by delivering exceptional individualized experiences, maintaining regular communication with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, and promoting the latest styles, seasonal trends, and best-selling items available in the store.

Greet customers and attend to their needs in the fitting room, ensuring that fitting rooms are consistently organized and readily available for customer use.

Drive sales by consistently demonstrating exceptional client-selling skills, with a focus on meeting each customer's wardrobe requirements and style preferences.

Exhibit a deep understanding of store operations, policies, and procedures to effectively address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and concerns in a professional and prompt manner, with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on fashion trends and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of fashion principles to train and develop the team's fashion expertise and product/brand knowledge.

Utilize product knowledge tools and available in-store technology to share product features, benefits, and trends with customers, providing the necessary tools for the sales team to deliver an elevated shopping experience through building connections and creating personalized styling experiences.

Utilize brand resources and organize regular fitting sessions and training workshops to enhance the team's sales and styling skills. Lead new styling initiatives and directions in-store to generate new business.

Provide feedback to brand management based on customer requests, tastes, and preferences.

Organize, plan, guide, and execute all store events and activations to cultivate customer relationships and boost sales.

Accept product repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding their products, services, repairs, and alterations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling or a related field

5 years of experience in fashion retail and customer service

Proficiency in MS Office

Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
