JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is a multinational company looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist. The role is reporting directly to the Head of HR. My client is looking for someone process driven, structured, organised, strategic and with an outgoing personality. The role will have huge scope to be promoted to a Recruitment Manager in the future.
Salary:
AED
16,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Flight for self and flight and visa for self and family
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would fit the below criteria.
- Mix of agency and inhouse experience
- Hands on recruiter
- Experience in developing employer branding
- Experience in dealing with psychometric testing
- Knowledge of ATS
