Charterhouse is working with a leading global organization to recruit a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for their HR Department. This role will provide the opportunity to source talent for diverse roles, ranging from entry level to mid senior level roles.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will closely work with the hiring managers to develop strong relationships with candidates and attract the best talent available. Responsibilities in this role includes managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing the applicants, screening them, conducting interviews, providing feedback as well as keeping the candidates engaged throughout the whole process.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be working alongside the Talent Acquisition Lead to develop effective hiring strategies to enhance the recruitment process. The role also entails overseeing the full onboarding process, which includes arranging visas and other necessary documents.

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


To be considered for this role, a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or in an agency, in a diverse and fast paced environment, is mandatory.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing exceptional candidates while ensuring high quality candidate engagement throughout the process. Familiarity with a HRIS or an enterprise Application Tracking System (ATS), like Oracle, along with advanced Microsoft Skills is essential.

Strong leaderships skills with a passion to assist in the development of the business is also required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, along with verbal and written proficiency in English.
