JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Role
You will join a leading UAE business based in Dubai, where high standards of delivery are key to their success. As the Senior Talent Candidate Manager, you will be a key strategic hire to support the recruitment team and work closely with the senior management team. You will have a confident manner, experience of working within the UAE market and enjoy adding value across multiply business areas. You will be responsible for partnering and supporting the senior partners to achieve the successful delivery of projects and create an enjoyable candidate experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Create a robust search strategy for each assignment, providing key deliverables and timelines.
* Prepare assignment details which could include job description, candidate briefs.
* Support partners in preparing for client meetings and pitches
* Conduct initial first stage interviews including competency-based screening.
* Evaluate candidate applications and assessments.
* Present individual candidate assessment report to the Partner.
* Provide support post offer acceptance, conduct reference checks as part of hiring process.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate Requirements
* Educated to Degree level.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a recruitment environment or consultancy
* Very organised with a track record of efficiency and delivery.
* Be a self-starter with the drive, motivation and ambition to succeed.
