JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Senior Talent Executive to be the techno-functional expert of our Talent Management processes through our system of choice, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency is provided to business users.  Assist in embedding Talent Processes across the Group.

Functional Responsibilities
• Manage the yearly Talent Management cycle within the system, launching, and monitoring completion and be the go to person for questions throughout the year.
• Partner with the Group Talent & Development Manager to ensure appropriate training solutions are in place for the Group Manager and Employee population, providing appropriate material and / or delivery of relevant Workshops, with a focus on the system.
• Lead the dash boarding, analytics and reporting for Talent Management across the Group, providing business information to stakeholders that highlights trends and allows focus in required areas within the Talent Management processes.
• Become the technical expert of the Talent Management system solution, including:
• coordinating upgrades and subsequent testing in partnership with the HR Systems Teams
• coordinating technical training for the HR community
• recommending improvements and system solutions to business problems within the Talent Management solution
• conducting relevant back end requirements as dictated by the Talent Management cycle.
• Facilitate a community of SuperUsers across the Group within the Talent Management system.
• Complete Goal audits and develop an appropriate action plan to resolve issues identified, recommending to the HR Heads.
• Spearhead system adoption across the Group, recommending appropriates interventions in increase its use and effectiveness, ensuring consistent monitoring of its use.
• Support with OD activities where there direct linkage to the Talent Management system solution.
• Ensure integrity of the Talent Management system solution and its data through periodic data audits.
• Ongoing management and updating of relevant user system portals (i.e. SharePoint, Intranet, Connect).

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience

Functional Skills
• Working knowledge of a Talent Management system suite
• Advanced us of Microsoft suite - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• High level of computer proficiency with exposure to HR software solutions implementation
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise and plan.

Working Knowledge of a Talent Management Suite is preferred.
