Employment: Full Time

Looking for an enthusiastic, both customer-oriented and tech-savvy individual, who will assist the team in achieving its goal of delivering a superior customer experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, strong technical aptitude;
- Detail oriented;
- Comfortable, and successful, in multi-tasking;
- Excellent track record in providing outstanding customer service;
- Ability to work independently and within a global team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - fluent in English;
- 5+ Years in a customer facing role.
- Fluent in Arabic

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

- Knowledge of Cloud architecture
- Understanding of the Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience with remote Linux administration or scripting
- Experience with Web Application Servers
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle Databases
- Knowledge/Experience in Project, Program or Portfolio management
- Knowledge of current IT concepts, issues, practices, methodologies and trends
- Knowledge of networking concepts
