JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Coordinating the tender process from start to finish, including reviewing tender documents, preparing tender submissions, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant information and documentation for tender submissions.
- Conducting market research to identify potential tender opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth tender process.
- Preparing and presenting tender proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or project management.
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and regulations.
