JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client, an international practice is seeking a Senior Urban Designer / Masterplanner, you must have 10 years + experiencer and a Degree from a reputable university - candidates in Dubai will get priority
* 10+ years' experience planning/architecture
* Local Dubai / UAE experience
* Experience with Master Planning, Urban Design and Implementation and Planning/ Architecture Degrees (Masters or Bachelors).
REQUIREMENTS
* Be able to manage and present Master Planning process and deliverables to clients and able to create Planning graphics, diagrams and sketches for large masterplan project.
* Direct in all stages of large-scale projects in master-planning and urban design..
* Developing Master Plan/ Urban Design concept with team members.
