JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Objective of the Role: To ensure the overall smooth functionality of the SEO arm of the agency. Enabling the internal & external customers, ensuring they strive towards achieving their individual & agency goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio, taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as the day to day management of these accounts
- Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each client
- To specifically identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each customer’s ROI and service expectations and to maximise revenue
- Actively propose and help implement new and innovative strategies in order to meet and exceed the department’s overall revenue and profit targets
- Work closely with the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all client accounts
- Proactively advise clients about SEO landscape developments and ensure that account strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements
- Understand the features and benefits of all the agency’s products and services in order to successfully promote these to clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of all things digital, including SEO, Social Media, PPC, eMail, Website, Mobile, Content etc

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE HANDS ON SEO EXPERIENCE – THIS WILL BE TESTED DURING THE INTERVIEW PHASE

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2-4 years’ experience in SEO specialist/manager/senior exec role
- Bachelor’s degree qualification or similar
- Excellent understanding of the regional market
- Previous experience of managing account executives
- Experience in managing multiple digital projects at one time
- Expertise in SEO strategy and hands on implementation experience
- Understanding how digital services can be provided to prospective clients
- Multichannel experience is a desirable
