JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities / Main tasks
- You will be the focal point for technical support to our customers
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Becoming expert in the operation of our equipment
- Troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical/electronic issues
- Communicating with customers from shop floor to managers.
- Identifying opportunities for sales
- Assisting Regional distributors with service issues and technical queries
- Handle and further develop our service and rental department
- Maintaining our rental equipment

REQUIREMENTS

Special requirements for the job
- Experience of rotating equipment a must
- Marine experience an advantage
- Oil and gas experience an advantage
- Willing to travel Regionally
- Can work independently

Minimum requirements for the candidate
- 5 years field service engineer ideally with condition monitoring or similar
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Mechanical, Marine or Electrical to trade or HNC/HND Mechanical/electrical engineer.
- Experience working in U.A.E.
- Computer skills
- U.A.E. Driving License
