As a Service Delivery Manager you will:
- Oversee the delivery of Pegasus information management and analytics applications to a company's client or customer.
- Establish and manage customer relationships, report on system and usage, gather requirement and ensure these are fulfilled in Pegasus products and services.
- Manage Agile process within department
- Maintain effective lines of communication between internal Pegasus departments: Customer Success, Product and Engineering
- Drive records and reports on all client issues and request, and driving these to resolution
- Cross-sell organizational capabilities

REQUIREMENTS
To bring your dream to life, you'll need:
- A positive attitude with a willingness to get things done and overcome obstacles
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management and delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant field; or equivalent industry experience
- Stong experience of vendor management
- In-depth practical knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Experience working in sensitive security environments with high degree of confidentiality
- Experience of Agile methods
- Data Analytics and Data Science practical experience would be great
- Experience with design and implementation of Big Data systems is not essential but desirable
- Experience with client-facing projects within the Gulf
