JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall Executive, a premier recruitment agency, is currently hiring a Service Manager Assistant on behalf a global leader in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry. This role, based in Dubai, offers an exciting opportunity to support service operations, customer satisfaction initiatives, and administrative processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and messages, resolve common inquiries, escalate complex cases, and track customer complaints while ensuring follow-up and feedback.
• Manage order entry, tracking, and service coordination. Assist in staff task planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Monitor service provider work orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely service delivery. Collect feedback and report to management.
• Maintain an accurate inventory ledger, schedule parts based on orders, conduct stock checks, and handle expired or damaged parts.
• Organize service-related contracts, analyze service data, and generate reports to aid decision-making. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Perform office administrative tasks, assist with key service projects, and conduct research or site visits when required.
Requirements:
• Mastery of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and report creation.• Familiarity with common CRM systems and service management tools.
• Understanding of product/service technical principles to assist in troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Atleast 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role and experience in service process optimization, order management, or resource allocation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Problem-solving ability to handle challenges efficiently.
• Teamwork spirit to collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Proactive work attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Good professional ethics and commitment to quality service.
