Well Established Medical Firm in UAE have an immediate vacancy for Service Manager with following details:
- Reliable and result oriented field Service Manager who can communicate effectively and professionally with both team members and external clients. Strong analytical, problem solving, multi- tasking and prioritization skills are also essential to this role.
- Leading and Managing efforts to drive equipment issue resolution, troubleshooting,resolution of customer complaints, field operation through the service engineer team.
- Strengthening and providing an escalated level of equipment service by proactively determining and shipping parts that may be needed to resolve customers issues.
- Developing the remote support process for filed service engineers by working directly with the engineers during service calls and observing agreed upon equipment support guidelines, policies and protocols.
- Identifying resources for the Technical Support team to better allow them to remotely resolve customers complaints.
- Providing an expert level understanding of all equipment support aspects and helping to provide training and training material within the service department.
- Providing and identifying resources for onsite specialist field support as needed.
- Conducting evaluation of skills and reviewing performance of field service engineers.
- Working with other departments to improve service aspects for all items.
- Developing In-house and In-Field training and workshop as needed to update field staff on upgrades, technical communications, new equipment's and service manual changes.
- Acting as key liaison between other Global Service resources and sharing best practices.
