ServiceNow - Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that align with organisational goals.

Description

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document and analyze business needs, processes, and objectives
* Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements and opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with the ServiceNow development team to design functional solutions that meet business needs
* Create functional specifications, user stories, and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, providing updates and gathering feedback
* Develop test plans, conduct UAT, create training materials, and ensure solutions comply with organizational standards and policies

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with ServiceNow or similar platforms
* Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and designing enterprise-scale solutions
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) and platform capabilities (workflows, forms, integrations)
* Knowledge of business process automation and optimisation in enterprise domains (IT, HR, General Services, Procurement, etc.)
