SAP's vision is to empower every business to operate as an intelligent, sustainable enterprise. The SAP Value Advisory (VA) organization is dedicated to distinguishing SAP as the premier innovation partner by delivering tangible Intelligent Enterprise value and experiences to each customer.
SAP Value Advisory focuses on strategic and consultative value selling, advising customers on the "Vision to Value" approach. This involves collaboratively working with customers to:
- Link their business strategy and desired outcomes to the experiences they aim to enable.
- Define the business capabilities required to achieve those outcomes.
- Demonstrate the value of SAP in enabling the Intelligent Enterprise.
The SAP Value Advisory team supports pipeline-building strategies, resulting in increased industry pipeline and revenue. It also elevates SAP's leadership position in collaboration with regional sales and the Virtual Account Teams.
Experience & Education Requirements
The Services Industry Value Advisor Expert must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, presenting, and content development).
- Demonstrated value advisory skills, including:
- Building qualitative and quantitative business cases for change.
- Driving value realization and benchmarking key industry domain KPIs.
- Utilizing value management tools and techniques effectively.
- Experience in services industries, including engineering, construction, and operations, as well as professional services.
- Experience in financial services.
- Minimum 10-15 years work experience in the space.
- Proven ability to engage with CxOs and collaborate closely with their direct reports.
- Multinational business consulting and development experience with a global mindset.
- GCC business transformation experience.
- Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary virtual teams, addressing complex requirements under tight timelines.
- Experience with innovative customer engagement initiatives and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (required); MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university (preferred).
- SAP experience is a significant advantage.
