Showroom Manager up to 25k AED for an Architectural Products Company in Dubai
• To plan, manage and lead the showroom sales to achieve sales target and to ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning of showroom
• High caliber and aggressive front-ending sales personnel capable of managing quality retail show room with sound retail practices
• Imparting total in-store customer experience and driving the business to meet the desired sales objectives and goals
REQUIREMENTS
Position: Showroom Manager
Salary: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Candidate Profile:
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, below 45 years old only
Education/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales preferably in ceramics, porcelains, consumer durables, sanitary ware, building materials, or related products
• Must have worked in major markets in his area and with exposure to sound retailing practices
• Outgoing and aggressive sales oriented personality
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills
