JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Showroom Manager for our prestigious jewellery showroom located in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management, a passion for luxury jewellery, and exceptional customer service skills. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom, ensuring a high standard of service and presentation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of showroom staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal product availability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Organize and oversee in-store events and promotions to attract customers and boost sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Showroom Manager, or in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, preferably in jewellery or fashion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive environment.
- Passion for luxury jewellery and a keen understanding of market trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
