JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- A relevant degree ie Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 18 years industry experience.
- GCC experience.
- Excellent levels of English, written and spoken.
- Excellent levels of English, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive Construction Management experience.
- Strong technical construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Client Representative (ideal)
- Strong 'on-site' experience.
- Experience of large scale projects.
- Highly motivated.
- Previous experience with a Developer, Consultant, (Client or Contractor will be considered if the candidate has the right experience.
