Job Description
We are looking for a site engineer with 2-3 years of experience in high rise buildings to oversee site activities, ensure project execution as per specifications, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and material records.
- Ensure proper implementation of project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of site engineering experience in high rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced site-based environments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is a plus.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
