Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior / Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multistorey building construction and the ability to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site.
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve site-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in multistorey building construction.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience:
Manager level experience preferred.
