Job summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a motivated Site Engineer Roads & Infrastructure with a B.E. in Civil Engineering to join our project team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of hands-on experience in road and infrastructure projects within the construction industry.

This role involves supporting daily site execution, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision of road and infrastructure works
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and engineers
• Monitor site progress, materials, and manpower
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines

Key requirements

• B.E. in Civil Engineering
• 12 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of site execution drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
