JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Manage quality control procedure
• Answer inquiries for potential project partners
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers
• Liaise with the quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals
• Arrange required manpower, materials, and equipment for work
• Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safely
• Review all projects contracts before submitting to management
• Ensure that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
• Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensure that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
• With minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager and 5 years as a Site Manager
• Experience working with Major civil and Infrastructure projects
• Pumping Station or Deep Shafts background is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent command in English (Arabic will be considered a plus)
• Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
• Knowledge in Health and Safety Procedures
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
