JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Check the project details thoroughly, then ensure understanding and accuracy before the project starts.
* Coordinate with the client regarding the arrival of the team at the site, ensuring clear communication.
* Responsible to go to sites and upon reaching the site, inspect and verify all details of the project, allocating doors and materials in their respective location.
* Identify and report any existing damage or issues in the property, monitor safety and cleanliness, and lead the team to follow the SOP throughout the project duration.
* Ensure that the team meets set timelines and targets for completion of tasks.

Requirements:

Position Title: Onsite Project Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED plus accommodation and transportation

Qualifications:
* Open to Asian nationalities
* Male, 45 years old and below
* At least 2 years of UAE experience as a Team Leader or supervisor in interior fit- out /joinery , carpentry, or in a service industry such as cleaning company, maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), pest control, facility management, waste management, landscaping, interior design, etc
* With UAE driver’s license is preferred

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
