JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowances
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in Middle East headquartered in Dubai.
• Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
• Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
• Conduct quantity takes off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
• Supervise sites and make sure to comply with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Open to Male, Asian nationalities preferably from 40 years old and below• At least 2 years of experience in the same role in interior fitout (open to home country experience)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and must have knowledge in site measurements (interior/fitout)
• A valid UAE driver’s license is required
Salary:
AED
8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
