JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in the fashion industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maximize our online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling visual and written content for social media campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Support the development of influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the fashion industry and competitor activities to inform and improve social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that have driven engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience in content creation and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling social media content.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and developments.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and working with influencers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
