JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
• Responsible for hands on interaction within client’s social media presences (community management and live coverage of events.
• Create engaging conversations in English. Help grow community and engagement for client brands.
• Develop monthly content calendars, and coordinate production of assets with creative team/designers.
• Support Creative Team in developing exciting and engaging social media content.
• Help meet and exceed client KPIs through effective community and influencer engagement.
• Take an audience-inspired approach and identify the most influential voices in the community and foster relationships with them.
• Use social listening and analytics tools to find the conversations happening around your brand and industry
• Responsible for customer support – answering questions however they come in and managing any online feedback forums.
• Work closely with clients and account teams on the development of social media programs and strategies
• Provide ad hoc analytics as requested by client i.e listening reports/performance status.
• Take part in brainstorms on strategy and new creative ideas for content and campaigns
• Develop monthly performance reports and monitor competitor performance.
• Manage execution of social media campaigns ensuring assets are published and community engaged.
• Coordinate with paid media teams to amplify posts in real-time.
