Charterhouse is working with an award-winning apparel brand which has been recognised for its commitment to sustainability. Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join the team in Dubai to help spread their brand message and increase engagement with their online community through promoting a positive user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking brand which has experienced huge growth and is now looking to further expand their reach across the Middle East markets. The key responsibilities of this role will involve daily management of all social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok etc, in addition to developing social media content calendars and implementing campaigns across all social channels.
As Social Media Manager, you will play a vital part in promoting a positive user experience through handling all community management responsibilities such as responding to user comments, questions and feedback in a proactive and positive manner. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to influence at all levels.
There will be a reporting line to the Managing Director and support will be provided by the global HQ marketing team, however, you must be willing to take ownership to effectively plan the social media strategy, whilst also staying up to date with the latest market and industry trends to devise marketing plans which are in line with the target audience.
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree within Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally working within ecommerce or retail environment. In addition, experience in managing image and video assets across online platforms is required with advanced skills in adobe creative suite.
