JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a Soft Services Supervisor your responsibilities include managing manpower in Housekeeping, Cleaning Services, Pest Control and Waste Management.
• Managing day to day soft services on site, monitoring works and assigning resources to execute works.
• Managing the MEP Supervisor to ensure day to day MEP activities are executed
• Manage, operate and maintain facilities to the highest standards and to carry out soft service related work for buildings and their facilities activities by the use of outsourcing/contractors including the management and evaluation of consultants and contractors.
• Develop facility operation & maintenance plans by setting numeric goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based on current and expected performance within specifications.
• Prepare and maintain a flexible daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly duty schedule of all internal & external facility.
• Ensure that identified key areas of the premises receive priority as per the schedule.
• Liaise with Facility Manager and review the routine schedules to make necessary changes.
• Check on a daily basis that all areas of the premises are maintained to a satisfactory level.
• Undertake any additional duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• You must have a minimum of (5) years’ cleaning/supervisory experience in an office environment, and have excellent English skills along with BICS certification.
• Bachelor degree, housekeeping diploma / higher experience and excellent communication skill.
• Good interpersonal and people skills and a mature, methodical and responsible approach to work.
