JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to join our customer service department. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for planing & executing Training for Authorized Service Partners in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain & Yemen. Key Objectives and Position Responsibilities include:
Equipping the service center technicians with soft skill knowledge to .
Provide training on new Air conditioner products to SGE Contact center agents
Analyzing & preparing counter action to improve repair time & repair result (Repeat repair).
Optimizing the repair cost to improve repair capability & efficiency.
Check infrastructure readiness & capability of new and existing service centers.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Experience, Education and Qualification
Bachelors Degree in related field
1 - 2 years experience in similar position
Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Assertive, determined, flexible and creative and warm personality.
Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature.
Willing to travel to GCC countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen).
