Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team for the implementation of the NME Veolia Waste Management Platform. As the Software Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of the platform. Your responsibilities will include end-user training, continuous user support, system administration, testing of new releases, documentation, communication with the supplier, and on-site support during go-live.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the NME Veolia Waste Management Platform and its features.
• Provide continuous user support, addressing incidents, requests, and demands, while effectively managing user expectations.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to determine the optimal configuration and customization of the platform.
• Administer the system, manage user access, customer access, master data governance, vehicle connectivity, and system configurations.
• Perform bulk data uploads, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the platform.
• Test all changes and enhancements on the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment before obtaining approval for implementation.
• Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, custom features, and reports, ensuring accurate documentation of system functionalities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for communication with the platform supplier, coordinating issue resolution and maintaining effective communication channels.
• Provide on-site support during go-live, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and training users in an IT environment.
• Strong IT background with experience in business applications administration.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Optional: Proficiency in BI analytics tools and experience with Service Now.
