JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design and execution of test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing
- Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
- Document and report software defects and issues
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the software development and testing processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Java, Selenium)
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or similar
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
