Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meal
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation and design of all food menus
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B / Hospitality groups / 5-star hotels)
• Should be from fine dining / high end restaurants)
• Should have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Must be available to join by January 2023
