JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
- Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Male, 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role preferably from high end casual restaurants or 5* hotels
- Must have French cuisine experience
- Should be fully vaccinated
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
