Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A luxury golf resort in Dubai
Job Description:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Managing and delegating tasks to kitchen staff
- Ensuring high-quality food and presentation while maintaining cost controls and inventory management
- Recruiting and training kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and the ability to work well under pressure
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel
- Must have multi-cuisine experience
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
