Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Dubai based stand-alone café restaurant, with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
Job Description:
- Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks to all kitchen staff subordinates while supervising all kitchen stations
- Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishes for the restaurants based on demand, season and cuisine.
- Supervising, motivating, and working closely with other Chefs of all levels to ensure quality of work, accountability of every station assignment and health and safety for everyone, especially customers.
- Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created while maintaining food hygiene practices.
- Assisting with determination of food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 45 years old and below
- At least 4 years’ experience in the same role in the F&B, or 5-star hotels/group
- Must have background in American/Italian or Fusion cuisines
- Must have fine dining /high-end restaurants experience
- Immediate joiners will be prioritize
