Position Title: Sous chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, duty meals and uniform.
Benefits: as per UAE labor law

About the Client:
A newly opened casual dining restaurant known for its modern American cuisine and specialty dishes in Dubai.
• Assist Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise and participate in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
• Train, mentor, and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and help manage food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Filipino, Nepali & Sri Lankan nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in continental cuisine background
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
