About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You’ll help lead the kitchen team, contribute to menu development, and ensure smooth service during peak times. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and ready to take on more responsibility in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen team during service.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all dishes.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and food costing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and support junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Step in to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for high?quality food.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast?paced environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
