JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sous Chef up to 8k Aed for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• Able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily
• Plans the activities of and schedules all food production and food service sanitation employees to maximize productivity while minimizing labor costs to achieve and improve upon budgetary guidelines
• Hires, disciplines, and when necessary, recommends termination of food production and food service sanitation employees according to venue guidelines and policies
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Sous Chef
• SALARY: 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Culinary Arts
• Has 3-5 years’ experience in stand-alone restaurant
• Has strong experience in managing a kitchen
• Extensive knowledge about hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Has excellent communication and leadership skills
