JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Sous Chef – International Buffet
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
A 5-star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks.
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian or Eastern European nationalities
• At least 3 years of experience from international buffet at 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand
