Sous Chef - Pastry
As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the Pastry and Bakery operation of the Hotel and Catering set up. Must be passionate, committed, flexible and a team player .

What you will be doing:
- Stay up to date with latest culinary Trends and create ideas into better and consistent implementations throughout the Culinary Operations.
- Preparation and presentation of quality desserts, Pastries items.
- Presentation and preparation skills of plated dessert and buffet set ups required continues improvement and upgrades.
- Managing the Pastry Team
- Maximize colleagues' productivity in order to minimize payroll cost.
- Uphold the policies that ensure the safety and security of assets / stock.
- Must have strong knowledge of all current menus and food promotions available for the department.
- Notify the Executive Chef of any possible improvements / innovations that may improve business.
- Involve employees in decision making to enhance development and focus on common goals Chef.
REQUIREMENTS
Your experience and skills include:
- Organized and a great team player

- Great leadership skills
- 5-star luxury hotel experience
