Join our vibrant spa team as a Spa Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients in a serene and luxurious environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless and memorable spa experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and schedule spa treatments efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage the cash register accurately.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to optimize scheduling and client satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, inviting, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as emailing confirmations and updating client databases.
- Promote spa products and services to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
- Professional appearance and attitude aligning with the spa’s luxury brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the local customer base are advantageous.
