JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Assist and perform various demonstrations and events
- Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms throughout your shift
- Conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa Treatments Supervisor
- Perform all assigned spa therapist tasks in a professional manner, with a friendly business attitude
- Report any dysfunctional equipment to Spa Concierge or Spa Treatments Supervisor
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms
- Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to brand standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Female, 35 years old and below
- Open to European and Filipino nationals
- High school diploma or any relevant certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
- Good knowledge on computer systems will be an advantage
- Previous experience working in a 4-star hotel environment will be an advantage
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service
- Mature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in facial and body treatments
- Presentable with high standards of hygiene
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
