What we are looking for:

Our Spa Therapist/Sales Executive will act as the Brand Ambassador in the Department Store of scope; will be mainly responsible for attracting new clients, maintaining the relationship with existing clients and ensuring sales targets are achieved. You'll have to conduct beauty treatments in the beauty room

What you'll do:

- Act as the Brand Ambassador in Department Stores
- Work closely with the related Brand and adhere to Brand guidelines
- Manage the execution of special brand events in Department Stores
- Support the back-office team on new product launches
- Attend product training sessions with the brand trainer
- Ensure cleanliness and high standards of the treatment areas
- Generate weekly reports and updates on sales, client feedback and preferences
- Keep up to date with new releases/ competitor activities within the Department Store
- Act as a trusted consultant by partnering and jointly working with the sales team to upgrade the buying experience and provide the highest customized level of service to various individual shoppers
- Coordinate with marketing on upcoming promotions and events by reviewing VIP list and determining product needs

Guest Experience Focus:

- Approach guests in Department Stores and offer spa treatments; offer complimentary hand treatment to attract traffic to spa area
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty
- Evaluate the client's physical attributes, preferred style, and personality to easily provide the most suitable choices
- Deal with all customer complaints received to the back office
- Provide personalized attention and advanced knowledge of products, services and trends, become a trusted consultant for shoppers who want an enhanced buying experience

Sales Focus:

- Utilize complimentary sessions to sell or upsell to clients
- Achieve the sales target by providing personalized attention and advanced knowledge regarding products and trends

Customer Data Base:

- Build client data base and drive the relationship with clients using mail, e-mail, telephone and face-to-face communications
- Communicate with clients as a professional advisor

REQUIREMENTS

Your Profile:

- NVQ Level-3 Certified or equivalent certification required
- Previous experience in a retail/spa environment
- 2+ years of experience
