JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist and Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our prestigious medical team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, utilizing the latest surgical techniques and treatment methods. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including fractures, joint injuries, arthritis, and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform surgical procedures to correct orthopedic issues, such as joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and spinal surgeries.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients, utilizing non-surgical interventions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, radiologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and participate in continuous medical education and training programs.
- Provide expert consultations to patients and their families, offering compassionate and informed guidance throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution, with specialization in orthopedic surgery and board certification in orthopedics.
- Proven experience as a Specialist and Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, with a strong track record of successful surgeries and patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of orthopedic surgery.
- Strong empathy and compassion for patients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, while maintaining a high level of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
