Specialist Medical Oncology

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist in Medical Oncology to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of oncology treatments, patient care, and the latest advancements in cancer therapies. This role requires a compassionate professional who is committed to providing high-quality care to patients battling cancer, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with cancer-related symptoms and establish accurate diagnoses.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest research, clinical guidelines, and patient needs.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncological treatments while monitoring patients for side effects and efficacy.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients

Requirements:

- MD or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Medical Oncology.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in oncology, with a strong background in managing various cancer types.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the latest oncology treatments, clinical trials, and emerging therapies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in oncology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
