• To identify and develop loyal relationships with consultants and clients to provide a leading experience through technical specification and project package creation
• Responsible for the specification development and mix of all product groups within the project specification market (Drylining, Ceilings, Perforated Ceilings, LW Façade & ETICS, flooring, roofing and other finishing products)
• Working collaboratively with the Project Sales Managers and Technical Support Managers to ensure that specification, package and participant information is shared providing a leading customer experience at all stages of the project resulting in a successful package resolution
• Responsible for the coordination and regular presentation of educational ‘Lunch and Learn’ seminars to consultants and clients to develop their knowledge and support to Saint-Gobain systems
• Responsible for the management of the allocated future project pipeline thorough proactive project engagement in conjunction with CRM and information supplied from the Sector Executives
• To conduct regular project tracking meetings with the Project Sales Managers to share early project, package and participant information
• To record and manage all project, company, contact, diary activities within CRM (Web and iPad) on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communication across all relevant functions
• Responsible for a personal contribution towards the company NPD program through the identification of ideas, market research and development, specification activities with the allocated customer base and projects
