JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Manage company associations, and recognize business opportunities.
• Communication and negotiation with clients or business associates.
• Responsible for business development and operating budget for the assigned projects.
• Forecasting annual budget supporting with market trend analysis and area development projection
• Analyze and understand market evolution, trends, opportunities, and competitor actions, threats and recommendation of business strategies to the senior management
• Strategically expand, preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines.
• Come up with new ideas & initiatives to increase Revenue & Market brand awareness
• Management and development of the area business unit, including resource and budgets (including performing HOD assessment to ensure consistency of performance standards).
• Development of financial feasibilities using inputs from industry experts, to create consistency across the business.
• Review financial statement and develop actions to improve the business and maximize profitability
• Monitor and highlight project specific risks relating to financial, operational and design aspects
• Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties.
• Working with sales and Operation managers in the co ordination of marketing activities and other company activities.
• Ensure best practices and cost efficiency opportunities are adopted and shared
• Offering direction and instruction to the Commercial assistant and other staff as required, including liaison and co-ordination of commercial activities with overseas sites.
• Managing daily commercial operations using Microsoft office and \ or the company in house computer system.
• Responsibility for identifying and maximising business development opportunities.
• Building and maintaining sound client relations and developing, maintaining and improving.
• Standards of service to clients.
• Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators with regard to:
• i. Sales Activity
• ii. Target clients
• iii. Sales and Profit
• iv. Growth Strategies
• Resolving contractual and commercial problems.
• Handle daily business issues.
Report to Senior Management through a monthly report on status of your area and highlight any red flags and best practices.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• 7-10 years' experience
• Fluency in English
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, management, and/or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
