Position Title: Sr. Chef de Partie Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus tips, service charge and duty meal
Job Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known high end casual restaurant that serves Mediterranean inspired dishes.
Job Description:
• Responsible for daily pastry preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant
• Prepare a wide variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following the restaurant’s recipes
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of customers
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic candidates
• With Culinary related education
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of similar work experience in high end casual restaurant
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
