JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sr. Financial Accountant up to 7k Aed for an Elevator and Escalator Supplier in Dubai
• Responsible of managing the Finance, Accounting and Human Resource of the company
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure success of the company
• Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances; prepare and submit VAT and other Statutory Compliances
• Manage and coordinate for Trade Finance for Bank Facility Utilization
• Coordinate with external and internal Auditors on planning and Finalization Phase of Audit
• Manage overall human resources functions such as recruitment, staff leaves, air ticket bookings, work permit, visa applications and insurance renewals
• Process attendance and computing payroll and processing staff salaries through WPS
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Senior Financial Accountant
• SALARY: up to 7,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Elevator and Escalator Supplier
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/ Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance, CPA is an advantage
• Minimum 6 years of experience in solid Accounting preferably from elevator/escalator/MEP industry
• At least 2 years of experience in senior accounting and finance in the UAE
• Hands on experience in QuickBooks and Accounting packages
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to details
• Outstanding leadership and organizing Skills
• Fluent in English and exceptional business writing skills
