Position Title: Sr. Procurement Officer – Real Estate Development

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for civil materials, equipment, and subcontract packages.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for high-rise residential building projects (10 floors and above).
• Manage procurement of critical subcontract packages such as Elevators, MEP systems, Façade, and other structural elements.
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.• 4–5 years’ procurement experience in real estate development or construction, with strong exposure to civil materials and subcontract packages (Elevators, MEP, Façade).
• Proven negotiation, contract management, ERP/software proficiency, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and solid knowledge of the UAE supplier market & regulations.
